I set the supervisor password and the user password into bios and

It is supposed to ask for the password when computer is starting and it didn't happen.

The Bios needs to be updated or what? Is there something I don't know?
    What can I do?

After setting up the passwords in the BIOS, did you "Save & Exit Setup/BIOS" or did you just click "Exit Setup/BIOS"? I suggest setting up the password again and making sure you properly exit the BIOS.

Well I did that, I saved changes to Bios.
When I enter to BIOS it ask me for the supervisor password it means the changes are saved
but it doesn't ask me the user password when I start the machine and I need it to do that.
