Anyone know where I can get 1 - 1024MB PC5300 DDR2 667MHz SDRAM module? I just ordered a Satellite M100 with 1 of the above modules but it didn't give me the option to get another.

Ok thanks. Do you know which brand of memory Toshiba uses in the M100? I like to get the same exact module.

Any ddr 667mhz ram should do. I would stick with OCZ, Corsair or Crucial.

On a side note, did anyone figure out how to get to the second memory slot on the M100?
