    Hi guys,

    Please help me out. My kid was trying to take out a CD from my Toshiba Satellite 2400 Notebook in my absence. And in the process he pulled and lost the Hook that clicks and fixes the CD to the drive. I am in a fix. don't know what to do now. No CD is working now. I have one year warranty left...

    Please advise ..

    Since the unit is still under warranty, send it in for repair.
