Download the latest DESKTOP drivers from ATI/AMD. When you start the install process, it will unpack the drivers to C:\ATI and then error out saying no compatible graphics card could be found. Go to device manager and update the driver for the display adapter. Tell XP you want to install from a list or specific location and then click on the "have disk" option. Browse to the ATI folder and drill down to the Driver folder and click on the .inf file. You should get a list with a large number of ATI options, scroll down to ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO and select it. Windows will complain, but install it anyway. Reboot and set your display to its native resolution (1280X800 on my A200). You're done! If you need the Catalyst Control Center, install it from your VISTA restore disk FIRST (it will error out but will show up when you right click on the desktop after you install the drivers as outlined above.) This will provide the notebook power reduction settings for the display adapter.

For Bluetooth, simply install the Toshiba Bluetooth stack for XP. I think I found mine on either the Canadian or European Toshiba site.
