    Hi, I have a few problems with my toshiba notebook. The most important is this one:

    - the DVDrom is not visible anymore, the system does not see it at all in My Computer. what should I do? it happened without me doing anything special, one day it just dissapeared!

    I tried looking for drivers online for it but could not find them :(, I don't even know if installing drivers would fix the problem.
    Please heeelp.

    Did you look if it's in the device manager, and/or is it enabled in the device manager?
