This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi folks,
    My Toshiba slows, stutters, stops, and jerks when playing video, especially streaming. I have 2 gig of RAM, updated video driver and do normal utility cleaning. I have even installed a memory freeing program.
    Any ideas?....thanks ahead of time

    It could be your ISP. Do you have cable or dsl? I get that sometimes with this roadrunner connection(cable).
