I have an Acer right now and it has given me nothing but trouble since buying it. Now that it really is falling apart I've decided to invest in a Toshiba. I have a couple of questions before actually buying though.

Which processor is the best for Toshib Satellites? What is the battery life like?

That's such an open question you will not get a clear answer. processor requirements depend on proposed usage and available budget which battery life depends on CPU, GPU, display size / brightness, battery capacity and type of use.
