When i power up my g20 the splash screen comes up that says Qosmio, after that the screen goes blank and I cant do anything with it. Windows does not boot, hard drive light flickers for a few seconds then goes out. It stays powered up with a blank screen.
Tried to boot from recovery cd but nothing happens, but i found out that my recovery cd is for a G35,they gave me the wrong one with the laptop, however i tried to boot with a generic repair cd and it said checking system for a second and the screen went blank again.
This is my main desktop replacement laptop and i'd like to get it to work,it is so loaded it cost me about $4000 3 years ago and is still a great laptop.
    I can't even get to safemode. :(
    Any ideas?
    thanx
