    I say it is. Just make sure that you repaste the CPU and GPU as soon as you get it. It gets fairly hot and very quickly.

    According to most users who do this, temps plummet to around 75*C for both the CPU and GPU. So in that case, it's worth it. :p

    That's doesn't inspire confidence with me the company should've put quality thermal paste in the first place but I guess this safety measure is better then a dead laptop. Oh makes sure if you do that doesn't void your warranty as well.
