I have had my Toshiba Qosmio laptop for about 6 months or so and from the get go I had problems. So far I have had 7 "blue screens of death" with the most common message saying BAD POOL CALLER. In 8 minutes, I received 3 screens one after another after restarting each time. The laptop also locks up every 10 minutes or so most often while I am using AOL. The only way to unlock it is by right clicking on the program that is frozen. This doesn't unlock it all the time though. I know that Toshiba customer support is very unhelpful, so I am trying on here. Basically, I just want my expensive laptop to not suck. Any suggestions?
