    I have the laptop listed above and right now, it will only turn on for 5 seconds and then turn off. Here are the symptoms..

    Turns on for 5 seconds then turns off
    DVD drive spins
    Fan does not run
    Black screen


    I have pulled the battery and held the power button down for 30 seconds and retried and all different combos with AC power and such. Still not working. I have came to the conclusion I will need to purchase something for this laptop.. The laptop is very clean and I purchased it as is for $50.. when running what would be a good asking price? 4GB ram and 320GB HDD, not sure on OS but I think XP and it is an intel core 2 duo processor.. Thanks in advance
