I was just wondering if anyone might happen to know what the specs are on the Toshiba Satelite A105 S4547 is as as I am interested in upgrading my memory, but at the moment I just do not know as to what the capabilities of the motherboard are in this computer.
Based upon what I have noticed it seems to be able to use either DDR2 533 or 667 memory, but I am not sure as to whether or not it can support the 800at all and I am hoping that maybe someone might be able to tell me.
I am also wondering as what might might happen if you were to put in faster memory into something that has a slower bus speed. Will it still work? I realize that it will be limited to the bus speed of the motherboard, but in theory it should still work at least in my opinion.
If anyone might happen to know, then please let me know as I would like to upgrade just as soon as possible.
Robert.

According to Crucial you're correct, DDR2 533 & 667: http://crucial.com/store/listparts.aspx?model=Satellite A105-S4547
You should be able to install any DD2 module. Since DDR2 is backward compatible. However it will downclock to what your motherboard supports. So only get 800 if it's a better price than the 677.
