Having problems installing a USB 2.0 Hi-Speed CardBus Adapter. the PCMIA wizard refuses to recognize the CardBus adapter. Am using Windows 98SE as an OS and did a reinstall but no luck. I know the Card works because I've tried it in an IBM ThinkPad 2621-560 and an Acer Travelmate 2451 and it does fine but not in the Toshiba. Am I beating a dead horse and it just won't install in this Old Timer or what? I plan to give the laptop away when I get to Belize as I know many people that lost everything in the last hurricane down there and just figured I'd be a nice guy and help some of these poor kids out.
