    Hi All

Apologies if this has been referred to elsewhere. Ive had a nosy about but couldnf find any reference to my problem.

I've only had my laptop for a week (spec is below) but I've noticed that DVD playback seems to be really glitchy/jumpy. Also, during gaming using an old game that my machine should easily be able to cope with (Thief: Deadly Shadows) I also suffer from recurring slowdown.

Has anybody experienced this before or have any comments/help?

    Cheers
