Im looking at two of the same model of a computer but they both have different specs. I do game alot, i play TF2, Half Life, WoW, and the Sims. I jsut don't know whether i should go for the better processor or graphics card.

The first laptop is on New Egg
CPU Type Intel Core 2 Duo T6500 2.1G
    Screen 16"
    Memory Size 4GB DDR2
    Hard Disk 250GB
    Optical Drive DVD Super Multi
Graphics Card ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650
    Video Memory 1GB DDR3

Communication Modem, Gigabit LAN and WLAN
Card slot 1 x Express Card
    Dimensions 15.1" x 10.2" x 1.43-1.61"

The Next is on Best Buy
CPU Type Intel Core 2 Duo 7350 2.0G
    Screen 16"
    Memory Size 4GB DDR2
    Hard Disk 500GB
    Optical Drive Multiformat DVD±RW/CD-RW drive
Graphic Card ATI Moblility Radeon HD 4570
    Video Memory 512MB

And then im pretty sure its the same from there on out.

I dont really need 500GB or Hard drive and i know the difference between the graphics cards is pretty severe but what is the gap between the processors

The 2.1GHz T6500 is a new model recently introduced to fit between the 2.0Ghz T6400 and 2.2GHz T6600. The 2.0GHz T6400 and 2.0GHz P7350 have less than a 2% difference in speed based on benchmark results. The T6500, being 0.1GHz faster than the P7350, could actually be a tick or two faster than the P7350!

The P-series might give you slightly better battery life, but not a substantial amount. I think you'll be much happier with the T6500/ATI 4650 combo!

Exactly. Also remember that with the first laptop you mentioned comes with a better GPU, which is not something you can't change, while if you feel 250GB are not enough, a HDD swap is the easiest thing to do... Good luck on your choice
