I've bought this laptop recently for my parents and upgraded it with a SSD and to Windows 10. Everything seems to be running just fine, except for the stupid fan control of this thing. It seems that the fan can't throttle.

Since the CPU is quite low power (i5-5200u), I expect that the fan doesn't need much work to cool this thing. When the laptop is on, most of the time the laptop is indeed dead silent. Unfortunately, once in a while the fan kicks in to cool it down quickly with quite a high speed and then just shut off again.

Why is there no gentle fan control available? I'd like that the fan is on more often, but just blowing at a very gentle low speed so you still won't hear it. Am I missing some updates? I upgraded to the latest bios and set the fan control to passive in windows energy management. Would be very nice to fix this issue.
