I bought a Toshiba, and after only a few days starting having problems. When it went to sleep it would lose everything that I had opened and reset my settings. I returned it today and was given a brand new one. I went straight home, took it out of the box and pressed the power button. The lights turned on at the bottom, and I can hear the fan blowing on the side, but other than that, nothing. Nothing on the screen at all. Help? Is there something I should do or should I just give up on this laptop and opt for something else seeing as how I've already had many problems with this particular kind.

    Thanks.
