    Quick question.

When I hook up my new i-Pod Video to my laptop (M35X-S349) a pop up window comes up that says "use a USB 2.0 connector for faster transfer speeds". The specs on my laptop says that all 3 usb ports are 2.0. Do I need to do anything to turn the 2.0 on? Do I need to find a new driver, if so where?

If anyone can help me find out why my usb ports are not running at 2.0 speed I would be grateful. Or maybe it is running correctly and the i-Pod is incorrect (oh why did they stop using fire wire on the new i-Pods??). Is there a site I can go to that can test my ports to see if they are working correctly?

    Thanks in advance!

You could try updating the USB drivers through the Control Panel and see if that does anything. Also, you could try finding updates on Toshiba's site for your notebook as well.
