    Hi,

I have the following problem with my Toshiba Satellite M70. When the power supply is connected to the notebook, a strange low volume whistling sound happens. With the power supply connected, this sound happens even when the notebook is turned off.

This sound cannot be heard in a noisy room but is quite annoying when you work in a totally quiet room.

Does anybody else have the same problem?

    Thank you.
