Does anyone know anything about this computer? Circuit city is running a deal tomorrow for 450, or 200 + 12mo. aol

i was planning on buy the Acer 3009WLCi for 866.

any opinion on what i should buy? i know the Acer can be upgraded to 2GB of ram and has a faster processor.

the Toshiba doesnt say if its expandable.

Also it says "The ATI RadeonĀ® X200M graphics card, up to 128MB of dynamically shared video memory and built-in stereo speakers will bring your movies, applications and games to life."

so is that 128MB integrated just like the Acer?

The L25 has a Celeron processor clocked at 1.5GHz, whereas the Acer has a Semperon clocked at 1.8GHz. Go for the Acer, Sempron's are much quicker and have more power-management features than the Celeron proceesor, enabling better battery life and higher performance. Other than that, they look pretty much the same, 15" screen, 60GB HD...etc. Good Luck!

what about the GFX card on the toshiba?

i plan to do a few games, mainly older ones from the mid-late 90s. such as the C&C series, and the FPS made from the C&C series.

can you put a GFX card in the Acer?
