This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hello I'm new in this site, I wanna know if anybody can help me, I have bought a TOSHIBA SATELLITE P15-S479, few months ago, I was very happy with it , everything was fine, but then next day I want to use the laptop : I started it and the screen doesnt show nothing, leds/lights are on, I can hear the cd when is running, I can hear the fans working, but the screen is off, just appear the black screen with a light inside, I connect an extra monitor on the lap and started again I can see when starts the Toshiba logo, then the windows media center trying to load and then everything disappear again, please HELP ME THANKS
