Ok, so here's the deal. I've been going at this since yesterday and still nothing. I have the S-Video cable connected to my laptop and the tv. I connected it when both of the devices were off. It's not working.

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium on my Toshiba Satellite P305D - S8829.

It works during boot up and once the please wait screen for Vista comes up it stops working and I get a No Signal message on the TV. I have the latest drivers for my ATI Radeon 3100 Graphics card.

I have the Catalyst Control Center and have tried to enable the second display (which is a Sanyo LCD Tv) and it does not work. I have also tried to enable it through the control panel. I tried setting the resolution to 800x600 and that didn't work. In HWsetup under Display I have it set to LCD + Analog RGB.

I've been looking for a solution online and have not been able to find one. So any help would be appreciated. If you need anymore information let me know.

Turn on your computer, connect it again and hit the FN key (hold down), then the F5 key. To disable it, do the same.
