I was checking out this toshiba notebook
(Toshiba Satellite U500-1GK, 13,3", Intel Core 2 Duo P8700 / 2.53 GHz, 4GB, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570- 512Mb) and found out that the price for it is 619€ on cyberpoint. This is really good, since other prices for this notebook go up to 900. So what do you guys think about this cyberport and where is the catch ? Are there any other expenses that arent included in the price ?
Thanks

I think it's pretty fair price... I bought a U500 10L (difference to 1GK: 2GB RAM, C2D T6500) for 550€. So given the differences the price is right and go buy it!
Before buying one, just throw some MP3s and put the volume MAX. If u do find the sound levels satisfactory, then go ahead...
All the other notebooks at 13.3 inches are just too expensive, usually more than 750€ and many of them with underpowered ULVs. -
Yours was a preety good bargain. Where did you buy it ? I was utterly dissapointed yesterday when i saw that cyberport does not offer U500-1GK's anymore and the best price now is for about 685€ from amazon..
