Hi, I've been looking at different brands, for my first notebook pc. So far, I'm very interested in the Toshiba Satellite T2050 - with 14" screen. Just curious if anyone here owns one, and tell me if you are satisfied with its performance etc.

I'm seeking to buy my first notebook this fall, and will use it for college and general internet usage. Thanks, Greg

No, it's not the M100 model. Although I was initially interested in that one because of the different colors available - I really like the Peacock blue. Sounds pretty superficial, I know. Anyways I'm gonna try to go with the other model I mentioned.

Curious to know if you're satisfied with your Toshibas tho - even different models. I'm gonna probably go with the 14" screen. Thanks, Greg

I am very satisfied with mine - A100-ST8211. This is my third Toshiba laptop, and each one has lasted a long time - meaning 3-4 years before I decided to upgrade. I had one hard drive fail and it was replaced under warranty.

I also use a Dell for work and it is okay too.
