I would be using it for school/internet/games. But would mostly be playing games like GTA San Andreas (when it comes out on pc) and Need for Speed Underground 2.
They both would have these specs:
2.0 Ghz CPU
2.0 Ghz RAM
60 GB 7200RPM HD
Which lappy would suite me best?
Thanks
Joe

is price a concern? I'm not familiar with Thunderbox laptops, but that 12-cell battery and claim of 6 hour battery life has me intrigued and it does have some nice specs for gaming needs (the 128MB ATI 9700 is good). Depending on the price difference I'd say maybe the Thunderbox is a good one to go with. The Tecra M2 is a great notebook though, it is more aimed at business users that for gaming, but with the right configuration I'm sure could serve both needs. My nod goes to the Thunderbox for the better graphics card and battery though.
