I like to know if someone at anytime can do an CPU upgrade of this model or similar, my laptop now has 4GB DDR2 667MHz, 500GB Western Digital HDD, Intel Santa Rosa i965GM with T5450 CPU 1.66Ghz 2MB L2, Bus 667MHz and it would be nice if i can buy T8100 2.1GHz 800MHz or T7250 2.0GHz 800MHz CPU.

Both CPU needs 35W and similar Voltages so i think tha cooling requirements are the same.

If anyone try that or know some about please tell me your experience.

    Best Regards.

You should be able to go quite a bit faster than that in fact. My M700 uses the same chipset and is running an X9000 with 6gb RAM
