I have a Satellite P100 17" laptop that is a little over 2 years old. I bought the extended, accidental warranty when I got it. I have had several issues with the computer and have had to send it back to Toshiba five seperate times, often times for the same issue. I spoke with Tech support yesterday and complained about the fact that I keep having to send it in just to have it break two months later. They said I needed to speak with someone in customer relations. Does anyone have any idea what might be done or where complaining like I did will get me? Thanks

Apparently, you are getting nowhere with complaining to Toshiba, according to existing customer and other forums.
I heard toshiba has the worse customer service. I am also thinking if I should buy toshiba because of it. -
Well I guess we will see how the conversation goes with customer relations tomorrow since they were closed over the weekend...As far as the customer service goes, I have been pretty pleased they get the laptop back to me relativly quickly; however, it doesnt stay 'fixed' for very long haha

what is the issue you keep having with it? If it is the same part that is being replaced than I would ask them to make sure they are replacing the part with a new part not a refurbished one. My experience with Toshiba repair is good, the parts are generally in stock which means I get my notebook fixed with the week. I don't have the complete care only depot warranty so I haven't had to send my notebook away
