I'm running an x205-sli1, and am, having some issues with my video settings. As most x205 owners realize quickly the brightness of the lcd is abnormally high, and for some reason this slider and all the other sliders in my nvidia control panel have stopped working.

If I click checkbox "Use NVIDIA Control Panel Color Settings" my screen goes dark, and the sliders have no function. I have no video related background software, with the exception of nHancer for SLI settings, and I don't believe this to be the problem.

Can anyone help? I would like to lower the default brightness settings without having to use the Toshiba toolbar accessory to lower it every time I start up my comp..
