I know this seems like a dumb question, but I have never messed around with PC cards or Express card ports before so I was wondering how you use them. I'm getting a sierra air card from at&t and i'm gonna be using the express card port. Is the button to eject the card after use, or does it have to be out before you put the card in? I'm pretty sure I have a general idea on how you insert the card but I don't want to take any chances and I figured someone here would know for sure.

If the Express Card slot eject button isn't already pushed in, it must be pushed back in *before* inserting the Express Card.

Naturally if you press the eject button back in *after* you've inserted the card, the card will eject.

The same thing applies to the PC Card slot as well.

I have a verizon express card modem all you have to do is push the card in to install and pull it out to remove, no buttons to push.
