The noise my Toshiba A100 is making my head hurt all the time. It is a Celeron M and its so noisy. Also the hard drive is making a annoying whistling sound.
    Thanks

"annyoing whistling sound"!??!? that doesn't sounds good. whistling harddrive is one of the sign that the hard drive is faulty and going to fail prematurely.

i don't know how loud/bad it sounds, but, if u feel that the whistling is more annoying than ordinary i would recommend backing up your data and try getting a replacement.
