If you buy a laptop through ToshibaDirect.com expect to be talking to a collection agent. I bought a laptop from them July 8 2012 and on December 20 2012 i recieved a call from a collection agent. I had an open order with the credit card i used for the entire amount however they didnt charge it. They didnt contact me by Phone, e-mail, or snail mail. they just sent it to a collection agent who dont send it back to the company, and requires you to pay them. Big company, acts like children with finances, go somewhere else.
