Are there any Toshiba laptops w/ 15.4" wide-format matte screens? In my own personal experience, I've only seen glossy Toshiba screens. Thanks.

Most of their laptops sold through the major retailers have the Trubrite option. But you can always configure one from Toshiba's website with the matte screen option.

Yeah, most all of Toshiba's in-store stuff is all glossy screened. However, all Satellite/Tecra/Protege models can be configured without glossy screens. The only line that is glossy exclusively is the Qosmio line.

Thanks for your replies. I was actually just looking on their website site..so basically when it give you this option:

15.4" Diagonal Widescreen XGA display (1280x800)

15.4" Diagonal Widescreen XGA TruBrite™ display (1280x800) [add $50.00] Experience the TruBrite™ difference!

the first one is matte and the TruBrite is glossy?
