    This is more of a rant but anyway its not me only .

    Why can't we contact Toshiba by email ? I'm not talking only about tech support or service request but also about sales .

    As someone who ordered Toshibas in the past I keep getting their email promos but I can't send any back .

    Some time ago the promos used to have a personal sales rep email , but now that I try to contact him it keeps bouncing back ...

    and all I want is to give them some money , you would have thought they'd like that , no ?

    You can say whatever you like about Dells Indians but at least you can contact Dell at any subject in whatever form you like .

    I've been getting promo's from Toshiba for a long time. It is true. There used to be a contact on the email. I'm not sure what happened to it. I can remember this from looking at Toshiba's mp3 player a while back (Thought about taking up on of the offers and givening them money. Guess they don't want mine either.) I can't say why or who to contact. I can just rant along with ya. I guess it's gone the way of Toshiba's website. Don't even get me started on trying to get drivers from Toshiba. Oh the memories are giving me a headache.
