I just contacted a Toshiba vendor in Kuwait, they claim to have an m100 with a 14" screen and x1600. I browsed the net and found that the best option is the x1400. Have they made a mistake or can it be customised to that vga?

ask them to send you an email or whatever about the spec sheet, atleast ask them to send you a pdf of the specifications or some sort of documentation that proves it and can be shown to the manufacturer (toshiba) for proof. also ask toshiba do they have/make it for better info...

My question is, did anyone actually see one or owns one? I could of asked for an email, but I didn't. I'd rather get an answer from here.

No - ToshibaUSA/ToshibaCanada do not sell models with the ATI X1600. Neither does ToshibaEurope. I would also ask that specific reseller for a spec. sheet of that particular model to verify it has an ATI X1600 GPU, because I've never seen/heard of one that had a X1600 for its GPU.
