    yesterday cleaned off alot of viruses laptop worked fine last night woke up today and the computer screen turns on but is black when i press ctr-alt-del
    comp goes off so you know it is not booting up

    windows 7, IE

    also cleaned computer with avg 2011, malwarebytes, and ccleaner

    No one have this prob need help what should i do cant even press f8 f12 or any doesnt even get to that no cds as well so any help would be nice would like to get this runing again

    OH MY GOSH. i HAVE THE SAME prob and i am stuck with it too. Same model Satellite A665-S6095. I just bought it for New Year Eve so I still in return day. Do u have recovery dvds? have u tried it? PLZ LET ME KNOW IF U FIND A SOLUTION. I AM LOOKING FOR ONE MYSELF AND WILL LET U KNOW IF I FIND ONE.

    Can you still return comp to where you bought it? If not, is it still under warranty?

    I don't know what's wrong with it.

    i HAVE ABOUT 8 DAYS UNDER RETURN, BUT NOT SURE IF THEY WILL TAKE IT BACK OR NOT.

    Where did you buy it ? Most retailers will refund/replace defective items.
