    Hello guys
I bought a Toshiba satellite L955 S5370 on april 6 this year (16 days ago) and since it came out of the box, i have this issue: I put the computer to sleep, then when I move the mouse or pressed a key, instead of resume the session to continue with my work, the computer restarts. This happens ALL the time, I was never able to recover a session after the sleep mode, it just restart. This is very annoying because i always work with battery and i need to save power when i´m not in my home, is very annoying to power of the computer when i walk away from it for 15 minutes and then power it back on. I will really appreciate any sugestion or help, this is not the way it should work. The laptop is a Satellite l955-s5370 and came with windows 8

Thanks a lot and sorry for my awful language

    Jorge

I checked your support page for your model and did not see any solutions:
    Satellite L955-S5370 Support | Toshiba

Since you have a newer model, you may have to call Toshiba as they may not be aware of it yet.

Good luck and keep us posted with any updates

Thanks for the answer alexUW !
I posted this because i was having problems to find the appropriate toshiba support forum for my laptopt but finally i found it and a guy from the forum give me a response, but i still can´t solve the problem. It looks like i will need to refresh/reinstall windows.
I hope to solve this without reinstall window, i´m affraid that this problem is due to an error between the hard disk and the ram memory, maybe the ram can not retain the data to retrieve the session. Do you think this is possible?
Once again, thanks for your answers and sorry for my really awful english
