I have a Toshiba L35-S2171. When I boot it up the bottom 1/3 of the screen is dark. If I press on the left side screen mask, it may show all of the screen or the bottom 2/3rds will be dark. The part that is lit up looks normal and displays desktop icons. The part thats dark has 4 wide verticle stripes on the left side. I'm thinking that the LCD connecting cable may be loose or bad. Does anyone know of any thing else that would cause it.
