    Ya I have a crappy Insperion and I have grown tired of calling India for the dozens of times so far in the last year. I fixed two of my last 4 problems on my own th elast not even bothering to call tech support.

    except for Apple and mabe IBM I hear most support is pretty bad. Assuming I go though the small business end what country would I be calling for tech support if I buy a Techra A4?

    Right now I am looking at an A4 or a T43.
