    Toshiba touchpad doesnt work.

    hey friends how are u......... :)

    MY NAME: Felix Perez
    OPERATING SYS: windows vista home edition.

    ISSUE: i just bought a toshiba laptop since 3 days, one of those days i was using it and windows got freezed suddenly the touchpad stopped working so i restarted the pc and evrything returned well but the touchpad didnt work then i unnistalled the touchpad's drivers and installed it again but the touchpad isnt working now and when i go to device manager of the touchpad it says: "this device is working properly" but really it doesnt work. :eek:

    What can i do and what should i do????? :confused: if anybody can help me i will apreciate it. Please...... Thanks

    return the laptop for a full refund if you still can. sounds like a hardware issue, not software. search online to see if this problem is common with your model.

    Simply press Fn+F9. same problem happened to my computer. Inshallah it will work.
