I have an X205-S9349. The S-video went out on it MONTHS ago. I bought it last September. I sent it for repair under warranty this August. They sent it back "fixed". Which was still not working, so i sent it back again a couple weeks ago. The Toshiba repair depot report states that they have replaced the "sys\pcb" TWICE and after re-imaging, the S-video was still un-functional, and is now on HOLD due to an engineering issue. Is there a chance they might replace my laptop with a new one or an upgrade? Under what circumstances do they issue a replacement or upgrade?
