    Hello guys

As many people over here do know, the x200-15k comes equipped with a Fujitsu 300GB 4200 RPM SATA HDD. I'm intending to change it and buy a WD3200BEKT which uses a SATA-II interface. I do know that SATA-II is backward compatible with the SATA-I interface, but I would really want to learn if my laptop's interface is SATA-I or SATA-II. The installed Fujitsu hard disk is SATA-I.

Anyone knows what's my laptop's hard disk interface?
