1.- Ram - YES; CPU - YES; GPU - NO
2.- Ram - No; Cpu - No; Gpu - Yes (rivatuner, atitool)
    3.- Toshiba's Website
4.- Download the latest drivers from laptopvideo2go.com, do a clean vista install (or xp, whatever you like)
5.- To be honest you don't need to upgrade anything for now...
    6.- Read answer 4...
7.- Teorically yes... But (not sure) you may need to dissamble the whole computer to do it...

Well, since others x300/x305 versions have 2 slots, it's pretty sure you have 2 aswell... What i don't know is if in fact that 2nd slot is activated (have the connector...) But i'll throw my 2 cents that it is...

i thought the gpu was upgradable, i saw someone take it apart and people were saying it was.

and where can i get a processor for this? does it have to be a special one or what?

The GPU looks to be upgradeable since it is modular and NOT soldered like the Gateway. So it is possible that it may be upgraded, but it remains to be seen if Toshiba will sell it like that. I have the Qosmio F55 and the GPU is modular like the X300 and I plan waiting till the 9800M GTX is available and then switching my 9700M GTS for it. I have already upgraded my CPU from the stock P7350 2.0GHz CPU to a Intel Extreme X9100 3.06 CPU. I can take my laptop apart in less than 5 minutes. I hope this helps God Bless :)
