I just wish they'd do something about the logo. It makes anything look cheap.

I realize there is a market for netbooks on steroids. Which is how I view all the 'thin' notebooks. What baffles me is how the very light weight full-featured 12.1, and to a great extent 13.3 notebooks have disappeared. Most of what IS there is ridiculously overpriced.

I just spent nearly $1400 for a custom built U500, and sadly that was one of the best values I could find that met my minimum specs.

I thought it looked nice. Plus, who can complain when you get an i7-620M in the lightest 13" laptop ever made? I was expecting some ULV processor like the i7-620LM or the 640LM.
