Wich softwares it's good to delete because at the startup I have 59-60 running processes. Can I re-install the windows with toshiba's cd without all their utillities?

Jeat is pretty spot on with his diagnosis. No you cannot install windows from their cd without all the utils. I went through and removed them one by one. Get rid of all the toshiba software except for the stuff Jeat listed. Still seems like a lot of start up processes. The beta version of windows defender has a software explorer tool which allows you to monitor all the progs that load at startup and disable them if need be. I also recommend getting a registry cleaning program to help with startup times.
