Hello, I'm working on my friends Satellite laptop and it needs to be formatted. He has the recovery disc for it however its been badly scratched, and when I try to format it, it gets about 25% of the way before it says that it can no longer read the disc. He says that his warranty is out on it so I don't think asking for another one from Toshiba would be possible. Is there a way that I can get another one of these discs?
