    TouchPad Problem

    Basically my laptop is a Toshiba Qosmio X300 series and we'll i was trying to stop some of the useless programs that start up on my laptop but i think i may have stopped a program that brings the bar up at the top of the laptop when u press FN + F9 which is normally the one which brings up the option to switch off and on the touchpad and also gives u all the other options for wireless off and on when u press FN + F(number). Can anyway help me to solve this problem on how to get the bar back up so i can actually switch back on my touchpad?
