For the past year, I have been experiencing that when I type the capital letter "N" using the shift key and not the number lock the letter comes out followed by the letter B. In other words, I get "NBB or NB or NBBB" this only happens when the laptop has been on for a while, not when it is cold, and only happens with the letter N and holding down the shift key. It does not happen with the cap lock on or with anyother letter. I own two of these laptops and it only happens to one of them. Umfortunately, beacuse of the business that I am in, I cannot be without my laptop, so I have kept on using it. Does anyone know why this is happening or have a fix for this problem.
