I have a Toshiba Satellite S675-7018 that was just purchased the other day. After turning the computer on for the first time I uninstalled a lot of the included toshiba utilities that I did not think were needed. I am currently not able to turn the Wireless adapter on and can not figure out how to get it on. Windows says it is enabled but I cannot see any networks. I am now trying to reinstall some of the utilities to try and get it to work. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    Hello,
Try installing the Toshiba Value Added Package - You should be able to install this software from the "Toshiba Application Installer" software found in >Start> All Programs> My Toshiba> Toshiba Application Installer.

This should give you "Fn-F8" support which is how the wireless "On/Off" is controlled.

This assumes that you've uninstalled TVAP and that you have not uninstalled Toshiba Application Installer

    Good Luck.
