I have been looking for a 13.3-14" lappy I can do some gaming with for a few weeks now. I think I have it down to the Asus N81vp-d1 and Toshiba Satellite M500 and U500.

I have been waiting to see the Toshiba in person before I made up my mind. I checked them out at a fry's electronics yesterday. The finish and size of the U500 are great. I also like the slot load and light up keyboard. The demo they had for the U500 had the cover for the slot load drive coming off. (the m500 has the body molded as one piece but is a lot larger then I thought it would be) Does anyone here have the U500 and have you had any issues with the cosmetics?

I also saw a sony SR and it looked nice and sleek but seems like a lot more cash in comparison.
