    UK Spec Toshiba X200-20s - HDMI?

    Hi I'm very close to purchasing a X200 after many months reading these forums and trying to decide :)

    The only thing stopping me is the HDMI port. Toshiba's UK website and retailers such as Dabs don't list a HDMI port but PCWBD and Insight do. Also on the UK Toshiba site the flash product tour demo shows a HDMI included.

    I phoned Toshiba UK but the guy said it didn't have one but I get the feeling he just looked at the same web page I did!!

    Can any UK buyers let me know for certain that it is included and where they purchased from. I was hoping to pick one up in John Lewis for the 2 year warrenty but even thou they are listed on Tos's website they don't stock it :confused:

    Toshiba UK guys are idiots. The X200-20S are the same everywhere. I have seen a few models in person, and yes, they do indeed have an HDMI port. The Toshiba UK guy I spoke to said it was full 1080P monitor, at which point I hung up the phone.

    Also, here's a little tip you may like. High street retail is £1399 for this and dabs sell it for £1379 last time I checked.

    I am also waiting John Lewis to stock X200. I don't want to buy from online retailers just in case you got a faulty laptop. I know most of the laptops are OK however with online retailers, if you got a faulty laptop, you cannot just go to them and replace it, you have to send it to manufacturer to have a full scan, then wait them to send back to you, then you have to send it to the online retailer with report and further waiting...

    Anyone works in Johnlewis here and has inside information of when they will stock this item :D
